Reliable store, consistent quality
I've bought from UGears US several times now, starting with the Dream Cabriolet VM-05, then the Research Vessel, and most recently the Mars Buggy. Good product, slow shipping
I bought the Aero Clock a few weeks back. The model itself is really neat once it's built; the mechanism works well and it looks great. However, shipping took longer than I expected, about 10 days to get to me, which felt a bit slow compared to other online stores I use. The packaging was good, nothing was damaged. I did have one small piece that was a bit finicky to snap into place, but I managed without breaking it. Overall, I'm happy with the clock, but they could definitely speed up their delivery process a little.

I just finished building the Hurdy-Gurdy and I am so happy with it! The details are amazing and it actually works. It took me a bit to put together, but that's part of the fun. I'm already looking at what to get next, maybe the V-Express Steam Train. This store is awesome!

Fun project, quick delivery
I ordered the Roadster VM-01 a couple weeks ago. It got here pretty fast, like 4 or 5 days. Building it was a nice way to spend a Saturday afternoon. The instructions were clear enough. It looks cool on my desk now. Overall, a good experience, no complaints really.
